Gym
Pick something light and fresh. One spray on your chest and one spray on the back of your neck. People are in the gym to exercise. Keep it subtle.
Beast Mode Fragrances
For strong fragrances, less is more: one spray on each side of the neck and one at the back of the neck.
Date Night
To impress, use: one spray on each wrist, two sprays around the collarbone, one at the back of the neck, plus a few random sprays for projection.
Weak-Performing Fragrances
If a fragrance lasts less than six hours, overspray. Around 10–13 sprays are fine because it will fade quickly.
Office & School
Average performance: 5 sprays: left collarbone, right collarbone, back of neck, and one on each arm. Strong fragrances: scale it back slightly to be considerate.
Casual Wear
For errands, shopping, or casual outings, 5 sprays: collarbones, arms, and back of neck. Balanced and safe.
Final Tip: There’s no strict rule, consider other people. Not everyone enjoys strong fragrances.
